Made-to-Order and Personalized Products
All products under Zajili are made-to-order and may include customization options such as size, color, or personalization.
Because each product is produced specifically for your order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

incorrect size selection

personal preference
However, we of course accept returns and refunds in the event of:

Order Cancellation
You may request order cancellation in the following situations:
For defective or non-compliant items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
(For sizing concerns, please include a ruler in the photo. For color concerns, place a white A4 sheet next to the product.)

Returns
If a return is approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging and sent back within 14 days after approval.
For damaged parcels, we recommend noting “damaged” with the carrier at the time of delivery to help support the investigation process.
Refunds
If your cancellation or return request is approved, we will refund:
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after validation of the return or claim.
Personalized Products
Except where defective or non-compliant, personalized or customized products are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
