Shipping policy

  1. Delivery Address

    Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Deliveries are made via reliable postal or courier services appropriate to the destination.


    Multiple Items

    If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately depending on production and logistics constraints. You will receive tracking details for each shipment where applicable.


    Production & Delivery Time

    As all products are made-to-order in our European facilities, delivery time consists of two stages:

    • Production time: approx. 2 business days

    • Shipping time (Europe): 3–8 business days

    Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from the date of order.

    We always aim to meet these timeframes. In rare cases of carrier or logistics delays, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue with the delivery provider.


    Receiving Your Order

    Upon delivery, we recommend checking the condition of the parcel.

    If you notice visible damage, please inform the carrier and contact us as soon as possible with:

    • one photo showing the issue, and

    • one photo of the full product or packaging

    This helps us support your case and arrange a suitable solution (refund or replacement where applicable).


    Missed Deliveries & Address Issues

    If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may re-attempt or hold the parcel for collection.

    If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.


    Customs & Import Duties

    For orders shipped outside the EU, local customs duties, taxes, or processing fees (if applicable) may be payable by the customer.


    Ownership & Payment

    Ownership of the goods transfers after full payment has been received.
