Orders and Availability

Orders are placed through the online checkout process and are subject to acceptance and availability. If an item is unavailable or cannot be processed, we will inform you and offer an alternative or refund.

Please review your order carefully before confirming. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Product images and colors shown on screen may vary slightly from the final product due to display differences and production processes.

Price and Payment

Prices are displayed at checkout. Taxes and delivery fees are shown where applicable. For orders shipped outside the EU, local import duties and taxes may apply.

Payment is made securely at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout. Where an order contains multiple items, shipments may be sent separately depending on production logistics.

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for reference and may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions. If a delivery delay occurs, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the situation with the carrier.

Receiving Your Order

We recommend checking the condition of your order upon delivery.

If you notice damage or a defect, please contact us as soon as possible with supporting photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution (replacement or refund where applicable).

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

You may request cancellation in the following cases:

• if delivery has not occurred within 30 days of the order date, or
• if a product is defective or does not match the order specifications.

For defective or non-compliant products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos showing the issue.

Except where defective or non-compliant, personalized or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for cancellation or return due to their custom nature.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

Risk and Ownership

Ownership of the Product passes to you once payment has been completed. Delivery is made using reliable shipping partners, and we remain available to support you in case of delivery or logistics issues.

Warranty and Liability

Products are supplied with reasonable care and quality consistent with made-to-order production standards. Where a product is defective or does not conform to the order, we will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
